Basic numbering can have 2 different methods of rating:

Timing

The cost of the telephone call is calculated on a per minute tariff, so variable on the effective length of the call.

Flat

The cost of the call is fixed and it is charged to initial unit. The effective minutes haven’t any influence on this category.

Current regulation provides that 899/892/166 numbers advertisement must be always correlated by: type of service, cost of the call Vat included, corporate name of the service supplier, maximum charge, as well as mention that the service is reserved to adults. For example: Cartomancy service offered by Goldline srl - 1/b A.Costa str - Montemaggiore PU 61030 - cost 0,15 € when answered and 0,96 € per min. VAT included - charges up to 15 € VAT included – service reserved to an adult audience.
